HAIR GROWTH SERUM

INFO — DIRECTIONS FOR USE — INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS

INFO:

When it comes to hair growth issues, many factors can come into play: stress, genetics, age, alopecia/pattern baldness, hormonal shifts, scalp health/infections, blood circulation, nutrient/mineral/vitamin deficiencies, skin dryness, organ damage, dehydration, etc. Our hair growth serum was designed to naturally boost hair growth by targeting a multitude of these factors with three main intentions: block dihydrotestosterone (DHT, a hormone linked to alopecia & pattern baldness that halts hair growth), stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles, and optimize your scalp health by properly moisturizing it and ridding it of any fungus or buildup, clearing the way for your reactivated hair follicles to push new growth up and out.

What many people don’t know, is that when your body is operating at less-than-optimal levels, it begins working overtime to pump your organs with the nutrients/mineral/vitamins/blood they need to properly function, the “less-important” body functions (hair growth) suffer because they get thrown on the back-burner so that your body can fight to function your main life support organs. Hair follicles are one of the first things to go. By stimulating blood circulation back up to your scalp, you reactivate dormant functions and new hair can begin to grow!

*if YOU ARE PREGNANT OR BREAStfeeding, please consult your general practitioner before using this product.

*This product is all natural, completely free of alcohols, phthlalates, parabens, SLS & SLES, silicones and preservatives.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Apply to your scalp using a grid system of lines starting from your hairline all the way to the back of your scalp. Massage into your scalp until the oil is evenly distributed. Tie up or wrap your hair loosely and let that oil blend soak into your scalp for 2-4 hours before showering it out. By then, the oils should be effectively absorbed into your skin, so shampooing will not remove any of the benefits of the treatment. Make sure to not get this serum into your eyes, flush immediately with water and/or saline if this happens. Repeat 3-4 times per week, results will require consistency over a 3-6 month period of time.

ingredients:

Argan oil

Naturally rich in Vitamin E, fatty acids and linoleic acid, argan oil is known for its exceptional nourishing qualities for skin and hair. Argan oil also has anti-inflammatory properties and is used in medicine to treat inflammatory conditions like eczema, and psoriasis, creating a healthy environment on your scalp for your hair to thrive!

  • Studies have found that argan oil improves hair health, thickness, and reduces breakage.

  • Has a high vitamin C content that helps strengthen new hair follicles.

  • Composed of 80% essential fatty acids (Omega 6 & 9). These powerful antioxidants help to enhance the overall health of hair and reduce scalp inflammation and itchiness.

  • Preserves the natural pigments (melanin) that give hair its color, preventing hair from premature greying.

  • Contains phenols that actively stimulate the scalp, promoting blood flow, opening the pores and boosting hair growth.

  • Penetrates the hair strands easier because of its smaller molecules, providing powerful hydration, plumping the hair shaft and increasing elasticity.

  • Protects against harmful UV rays, oxidative damage & free radicals in our environment.

  • Has twice the amount of Vitamin E of olive oil, making it a rich antioxidant that smooths and strengthens brittle hair & prevents split ends when used regularly.

  • Soothes the scalp with its anti-inflammatory properties, working wonders on dry scalp, eczema, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis.

  • Replenishes natural oils in chemically treated and dry, brittle hair to restore vibrance and bounce.

avocado oil

Lightweight, yet so powerful! Avocado oil is an ancient staple in haircare, not a fad. With B vitamins like biotin that improve your hair’s keratin infrastructure, it helps thicken hair and stimulates hair growth.

  • Rich in fats, nutrients, vitamins A, C, D & E, and proteins like potassium, amino acids, iron, copper, and folic acid. The vitamins and nutrients promote a healthy scalp (which promotes healthy hair growth), while the fatty acids and emollient properties help make the hair moisturized and brilliant.

  • Its monounsaturated fatty acids help moisturize and stimulate blood flow to the follicles, improving appearance and integrity of your hair strands.

  • Due to its small molecular structure, its oleic acid content can actually penetrate the hair shaft, repairing it from the inside out.

  • Fights scalp issues with its lutein content, oleic acid, and vitamin E, which are scientifically proven to fight inflammation. Inflammation is the number one cause of skin issues.

  • Antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties make it ideal for eradicating irritation and preventing future scalp issues.

  • Its antioxidant properties (vitamins C & E) fight free radicals on the scalp that can destroy hair follicles.

  • B vitamins (B5, B6, and folate) help generate healthy hair growth, while vitamin K helps prevent calcification of the scalp — which prevents hair growth.

batana oil

One of Victoria’s Secrets! Yes, THE Victoria’s Secret lingerie brand makes their Angels use batana oil on their hair & scalp to maintain luscious, healthy locks. Here’s why:

  •  Nourishes the scalp with nutrients like vitamin E, fatty acids, and antioxidants that create a healthy environment for hair growth.

  • Omega fatty acids help strengthen hair to minimize breakage and split ends, which contributes to longer, stronger hair that appears thicker from root to end.

  • Improves overall appearance by making hair softer, smoother and more manageable.

  • Addresses dry scalp by effectively moisturizing to alleviate scalp conditions that inhibit hair growth.

  • Antioxidants in batana oil protect scalp from environmental pollution that damage hair follicles.

  • Rich in beneficial nutrients and emollients like antioxidants and fatty acids that nourish and protect the hair and scalp.

  • Offers anti-inflammatory properties to soothe irritation and combat dandruff naturally.

  • Natural DHT blocker, meaning it blocks the hormone (DHT) that binds to & kills the hair follicles by starving it of nutrients.

castor oil

There are studies that support limited evidence that castor oil may help treat androgenetic alopecia, aka male or female pattern baldness. Of course, why would something so natural and potent be studied further once proven to put out big pharma in regards to genetic baldness? In our bodies, high levels of a chemical called PGD2 (prostaglandin D2 synthase) has been shown to be a key factor in genetic alopecia. The ricinoleic acid in castor oil may block PGD2, promoting hair growth.

  • Research suggests that ricinoleic acid increases blood circulation to the scalp, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.

  • Omega 6 fatty acids, present in castor oil, stimulate the dermal papilla cells that regulate the hair growth cycle. Omega 6 also reduces inflammation in the hair follicles.

  • Applying castor oil only once a month can boost hair growth up to 5x the usual rate.

  • Contains triglycerides that help maintain moisture in the skin. It works as a humectant, meaning it draws moisture from the surrounding air into the skin, keeping it hydrated. These triglycerides are also helpful in removing dirt from the skin.

  • Proper moisturization means no dry, irritated scalp!

  • Draws out dirt, dead skin cells, excess oils and bacteria without drying out your skin like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

  • Contains undecylenic acid which is an antifungal agent that kills ringworm, athlete’s foot, and yeast infections, thus, reducing dandruff (a product of fungus), creating the right environment for hair growth.

  • Has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that keep free radicals from damaging the body’s healthy cells. Oxidative stress is linked to hair loss.

  • Its emollient properties allow it to penetrate and be easily absorbed deep into your skin, stimulating the production of elastin and collagen which in turn provide nourishment to the hair follicles.

  • Helps the body produce the proper levels of lymphocytes – a type of white blood cell found in our immune systems that attack bacteria & toxins. These little fighter cells are then released into the lymphatic tissue from our lymph nodes, thymus gland and tissue from the small intestine. This helps improve our immune system functions such as lymphatic drainage, thymus gland health and blood flow.

JOJOBA OIL

Jojoba oil is technically not an oil, it is a wax ester that mimics natural human sebum in the skin on a molecular level. It is safe for daily use and is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture and seals it in, keeping the scalp and hair hydrated.

  • Full of long-chain fatty acids that help reduce inflammation in the skin/scalp, reduce protein loss inside the hair shaft, and prevent breakage to the strands, allowing for longer, thicker growth.

  • Helps dissolve buildup on the scalp (from excess sebum, dead skin, or hair products) which clog hair follicles & inhibit hair growth.

  • Creates a healthy environment for hair to grow.

  • Inhibits bacterial growth on the scalp caused by several types of bacteria: Tuburcle bacilli, leprosy bacilli, Brucella, and many others.

  • Its Vitamin E and B-complex content helps speed up cell rejuvenation, which helps heal any existing skin ailments, and nourish the scalp by soothing irritation & inflammation.

  • Beneficial for hydration, dandruff, sebum control (overactive oil production), and split ends/breakage.

  • Improves psoriasis, eczema, rashes, and both acute and chronic skin inflammation.

  • Because of its likeliness to our natural sebum that our bodies produce, it deeply penetrates the skin very quickly and will not leave a greasy residue.

  • Mimicking your skin’s natural oils, jojoba oil helps regulate any excess or insufficiency of your skin’s natural oil production, easing acne & balancing your skin. This makes it great for all skin types.

  • Vitamins A, B & E, omega-3 fatty acids, copper, zinc, chromium and flavonoids all work together to help protect the skin from effects of oxidative stress and sun damage, which is linked to hair loss.

  • Rich in antioxidants, it is believed to encourage collagen synthesis – a natural process that keeps us supple when we’re young and slows way down as we age.

  • Because it is wax, it not only penetrates & moisturizes, but it seals that moisture in and protects the skin’s barrier from free radicals in the air.

  • Contains naturally occurring docasonol, an active ingredient that is found in over-the-counter cold sore creams.

rosehip oil

Science is increasingly supporting rosehip oil’s role in promoting hair growth, yielding remarkable results! When applied to mice, it improved the strands’ tensile strength, stimulated hair follicle growth, increased follicle numbers, and enhanced hair thickness. It works by boosting growth-promoting factors and suppressing the inhibitors.

  • Anti-inflammatory properties soothe scalp irritation by supporting skin’s natural barrier function.

  • Eases common scalp issues like dandruff, dryness, and itching with its powerful antioxidants.

  • Protects and stimulates hair follicles.

  • Supports both the condition of the scalp and the strength of growing hair strands.

  • Stimulates new follicle growth, strengthens existing follicles, and improves growth rate & quality of the hair shaft.

  • Use consistently for 60-90 days to begin to see results.

Lavender essential oil

Not only does lavender oil increase circulation to the scalp and help with scalp issues like dandruff, promoting a healthy environment for hair follicles to thrive, it also can indirectly benefit hair growth by reducing stress & anxiety with its calming fragrance.

  • Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties maintain a healthy scalp free of conditions like dryness, itchiness and dandruff.

  • Stimulates hair follicles, increasing hair thickness and faster growth.

  • Improves blood circulation, reducing hair fall and preventing breakage.

  • Promotes cell growth, growing stronger hair & preventing loss.

  • Contains citral and citronellol, both believed to stimulate hair growth by improving blood circulation, nourish hair follicles and prevent hair fall.

  • Antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties target the root causes of dandruff and buildup, combatting yeast, fungi, bacteria & microbes, creating a healthy scalp biome for growth.

  • Strengthens hair follicles with its rich content of nourishing nutrients and minerals.

  • Helps regulate sebum production, which is crucial for preventing oily scalp/hair buildup that impedes nourishing blood flow.

  • Restores hair’s natural shine and softness by nourishing hair & balancing oil production.

rosemary essential oil

One of the highest ranking oils for promoting hair growth, rosemary oil is a power ingredient in our growth serum blend. It has promising positive effects for people with male pattern baldness and alopecia areata. In one study, 38% of men saw increases in hair growth after using rosemary oil after six months, while 100% of the people in the study saw decreased hair loss.

  • Boosts scalp circulation, delivering essential nutrients and oxygen to the hair follicles, preventing hair fall & thinning and promoting new growth.

  • Studies have shown it can reverse the balding pattern of men and women.

  • Blocks the production of DHT (the hormone that slows hair growth) from attaching to hormone receptors.

  • Has proved to be as effective as minoxidil over a 6 week period.

  • Combats and treats fungi and bacterial issues, successfully encouraging hair growth by creating a healthy environment on the scalp, allowing follicles to function optimally.
